Dr. David Adamets, D.C.
DrDave@ChiroOhio.com
Prior to becoming a chiropractic physician, Dr. Adamets owned and operated Piscataqua Marble and Tile in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. During this time as a contractor, he suffered a severe low back injury that would forever change his life. Like many people that experience low back injuries, he sought the care of his medical doctor. His condition was treated with the standard allopathic protocol of pain medication and rest which was unsuccessful to say the least. Dr. Adamets then found himself trapped in a viscous cycle of chronic pain and medication. His nightmare finally ended the day he discovered and underwent chiropractic care. His chronic low back pain was completely resolved within the first month of treatment. This was the moment that Dr. Adamets realized his calling in life was to become a chiropractor and pass on the gift that was so graciously given to him.
He attended Life University, College of Chiropractic where he graduated magna cum laude as well as earning the prestigious academic honor of salutatorian of his graduating class. The majority of his undergraduate studies was completed at The University of Southern Maine. He graduated magna cum laude from Excellsior College located in Albany, New York with a B.S. in liberal studies.
Dr. Adamets takes pride as an active member of Volunteer Doctors of America, which is a non-profit organization established to educate the public on health and wellness through lectures and workshops. His primary goal is to empower people to live healthier, pain and drug-free lives through education of the chiropractic lifestyle. He is devoted to raising the standard in health and wellness.
He lives locally with his wife, Georgia and their English Bulldog, Lucy. He and his wife are active volunteers with the Georgia English Bulldog Rescue, which is a non-profit organization based in Atlanta, Georgia that finds loving homes for abused and abandoned bullies.
